Can't quite believe it - I promised that after last year, I would never do Trailwalker again. But here I am!! Last year, my goal was to complete the walk (which I only just managed). This year, my goal is to complete the walk without losing any toe-nails!
Looking forward to Brecon in April - have got some great walks planned.

What's all this about?
At about 8am on 19 July this year Anwen John, Kevin Fox, Gill Fairham and Ian Grant will be setting off on a non-stop 62 mile (100 km) walk from Petersfield to Brighton, following the South Downs Way. The event is Oxfam's Trailwalker 2008 and the aim is to raise money for Oxfam and The Gurkha Welfare Trust.
This page is a record of our training and fundraising efforts and will eventually be a record of the event itself.
This is not the first time we've done Trailwalker. Last year Anwen, Vaughan Evans, Nick McNelis and Ian did the walk in around 27 hours, in a team supported by Gill and her husband Paul.
